HEALTH INFORMATION EXCHANGE
Building a Health Information Exchange (HIE) begins with the
letter T; Trust not
Technology. By building Trust with the
community providers, Believe Health is recognized for building East Kern County
Integrated Technology Association (EKCITA), a rural Regional Health Information
Organization (RHIO); which has been praised for being a “beacon” and “one of
the first operational Health Information Exchanges west of the Mississippi” by
the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT.
Believe Health is successful in enrolling providers to participate, adopt, and utilize HIE. Believe Health is dedicated to providing organizations and/or communities HIE models that will work in their cultural environment, leading to increased continuity and quality of patient care throughout the region.
GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION
Believe Health engages is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR), which means that we partner with your community to conduct research and collect data that is dictated by your values. Research may be critical for:
· Addressing quality improvement
· Writing grant proposals
· Preparing for audits through accrediting organizations or state agency
· Providing added knowledge to conduct business operations for enhanced negotiation power with potential partners or competitors
GRANT PROPOSAL WRITING
Believe Health, LLC and its strategic partners have been successfully awarded multi-million dollars through grant funding from state, federal, private foundation, and corporate giving opportunities. Believe Health can assist organizations or communities:
· Assess, vet, and identify grants appropriate for goals and achievements determined by the organization / community
· Shepherd process for technical requirements in preparation of proposal
· Prepare a strategic plan based on history of funding requirements
· Conduct research for needed statistics, comparative values, and other necessary data to support the need for funding and to tell a compelling story
· Write sections or draft grant proposal in whole
